We deliver with a core team in Mohali and contracted specialists engaged directly under NDA. When a requisition needs a skill we do not keep on bench, or capacity we do not have that month, we call someone on this list.
Seven steps, about ten minutes. It asks what we would ask on a call, including the rates, so that neither of us spends an hour finding out the numbers do not work. Answer it once and you are assessed against every requisition after it.
