4. No-Show or Non-Compliance

- Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

- Force Majeure Events: If circumstances beyond our control prevent service delivery, we will work with you to find an acceptable solution, which may include partial refunds.
- Technical Errors: If a technical error on our part results in duplicate charges, you will be refunded for the duplicate transaction.
