Full code ownership and IP transfer on every engagement, assigned on payment rather than on request. Repositories are yours from the first commit, not handed over at the end.
We agree access in the engagement contract: named accounts in your tenant, least privilege, requested per engagement and revoked at the end. Your team grants it and your logs record it, so you can verify it rather than take our word for it.
NDAs and security review are part of onboarding rather than a later negotiation, so your procurement and internal audit teams clear it once.
We commit in contract to working inside your tenant and not copying client data into our own environments, with residency, retention and deletion configured to your policy in the platform. Where an engagement genuinely needs an exception we raise it in writing first.
