Implementation, integration and AI agents on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Salesforce and the enterprise systems around them. Delivered by senior engineers who scope the work before they quote it.
Delivered for, in AI, data and integration work
Not Dynamics, Salesforce or SAP rollouts: we have not published one of those and will not imply it. Every logo links to the engagement behind it. All delivered work.
Why teams call us
Most of this work starts the same way: a platform that was configured for a business that has since changed, and a finance or operations lead carrying the difference. These are the six reasons we usually get the call.
Reconciliation, intercompany and consolidation handled by the system instead of by three people and a spreadsheet.
Sales, service and field work reading and writing the same record, so nobody asks the customer to repeat themselves.
Integrations between ERP, CRM and the surrounding estate that survive the next platform release.
A migration path off legacy ERP with the data reconciled and the cutover rehearsed before the weekend it happens.
Agents scoped to tasks with a measurable completion rate, evaluated before they reach a customer.
An embedded pod under your delivery lead, with handover notes and code review included in the rate.

Measured, not claimed
Every figure below comes from a delivered engagement with a case study behind it. There is nothing here we cannot show you the working for.
Platforms
A Dynamics core with a Salesforce front end and an SAP finance ledger behind it is a normal week here. We take the estate as we find it.
Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations.
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, governed rather than sprawling.
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex and Lightning Web Components, Einstein and Agentforce.
SAP S/4HANA and BTP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Azure, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Multi-country
Where a group trades in its own name in each market, the country work usually decides the programme: statutory reporting, localisation, indirect tax and e-invoicing, sequenced ahead of every go-live. We deliver that, and we run it as a programme with its own governance rather than as a longer project.
Each market with its own statutory chart mapped to the group chart, its own reporting currency and its own filing calendar. Consolidation and elimination posted on the platform, not assembled after the close.
Tax determination, document numbering, local invoice and banking formats, local audit files, and statutory accounts produced from the ledger rather than rebuilt beside it in a spreadsheet.
Returns and digital reporting files generated by the system and proven against a real filing period. Mandates handled as dated obligations from month one, not as a reporting task at the end.
One global template, then country waves, with a written rule for what a market may vary and who approves it. Run with programme governance from the start, because that is what these overrun on.
What we do
Ways to start
Order of magnitude, not a quote. We will not price your programme before we have read your configuration, but you should be able to tell from these whether we are in your range before you spend a meeting finding out.
$8k to $15k
2 to 3 weeks
The estate and the processes read properly, then the gaps, the options and what each one costs to close. You own the output whether or not we do the work.
$40k to $200k, by platform
8 to 16 weeks, phased
One module, migration, integration set or reporting layer, with a fixed scope, a named team and a go-live date. Usually the right shape inside one country and one operating model.
From $350k
9 to 18 months, phased in country waves
A multi-entity or multi-country rollout under programme governance: one global template, then country waves, with localisation, statutory reporting and tax sequenced ahead of each go-live.
$14k to $28k per month
Rolling, minimum 3 months
Ongoing senior capacity inside your programme, under your delivery lead, extending and maintaining the estate alongside your own team.

Eight source systems including ERPs, integrated inside the client's own Azure tenancy, with every generated claim cited to source and an immutable audit trail behind it. This is the integration and governance problem an ERP estate has, solved to Big Four evidence standards.
This system handles the most time-consuming part of our audit cycle. What used to take two senior staff three days now takes hours - with full traceability. Our partners now spend their time on the work that actually requires their judgment.
How an engagement runs
Five walkthroughs of the engagements we run most often, phase by phase, with what lands on your side at the end of each one and where each shape gets difficult.
Illustrative. These describe how we run a kind of work. They carry no client and no results, because none are being claimed. Delivered work with measured outcomes is above.

How we work
Fit-gap first
A fit-gap run on how you actually work, not a generic capability matrix. You get the gaps and the cost of closing them before anyone signs a statement of work.
Senior delivery
The people who scoped the work are the people who build it. AI speeds up the delivery. It does not replace the person accountable for it.
Your IP
Full code ownership, IP transfer, NDAs and security review built into every engagement, so procurement and internal audit clear it once.
In your day
Working hours overlap and handover rhythm are agreed before the engagement starts, and written into the schedule rather than discovered in week three.
Industries
The platform is the same. What changes is the process it has to carry, and that is where implementations succeed or stall.
In their words
Attributed by role, not by name: we publish a name only with the individual and their employer agreeing. What makes each one checkable is the engagement under it, so every quote links to its own case study with the scope and the numbers as measured.
“This system handles the most time-consuming part of our audit cycle. What used to take two senior staff three days now takes hours - with full traceability. Our partners now spend their time on the work that actually requires their judgment.”
“Before this, a compliance question could take two days to answer across three email chains. Now my team gets the answer with source citations in under five minutes. The access control architecture gave our security team full confidence from day one.”
“We went from a chatbot that frustrated customers to an AI that actually solves their problems. The escalation design is what makes it trustworthy at scale - our human agents love it as much as our customers do.”
Before procurement asks
Member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, Partner ID 7158199 (enrolled September 2026).
SOC 2 Type I audit in progress; report available under NDA once complete.
Full code ownership and IP transfer on every engagement.
NDAs and security review standard, before work starts rather than after.
Bring the process that is breaking and we will tell you what it takes to fix it, including when the answer is not a project.
